| 摘 要： | 文章讲述了大型、复杂的EPC工程总承包项目整体管理中的主要关系,分析了设计、采购和施工的关系,安全、质量、进度和费用的关系以及相关方关系,提出了在项目管理实施策划和团队建设中贯彻项目整体管理理念,并在相互影响项目的目标和方案中做出平衡,保证项目目标的实现。
