6-氯-2(1H)-吡啶酮的合成和表征

摘    要:以吡啶为起始原料,先经光氯化法合成中间体2,6-二氯吡啶,最佳反应条件是:n(吡啶):n(氯气)= 1:2.2,氯化温度为190~210℃,再以乙醇为介质在加压下时行醇解合成了6-氯-2(1H)-吡啶酮,产率达85%,通过元素分析、红外光谱、质谱等对6-氯-2(1H)-吡啶酮的结构进行了表征。

Abstract:2,6-Dichloropyridine was synthesized from chlorination of pyridine under UV irradiation in the presence of chlorine under the optimal conditions:pyridine:chlorine (molar ratio)=1:2.2 and 190~210℃.Then 2,6-dichloropyridine was hydrolyzed by base and converted into 6-chloro-2(1H)- pyridinol with 85% yield under pressure.The final product was confirmed by elemental analysis,IR, ~1H NMR and MS.The results showed that the synthetic method was quite reliable.
