表面粗糙度测试仪中光纤传感器的设计

摘    要:现有零件表面粗糙度测量大都是接触式测量,或者操作复杂,专业性强.针对这些问题,提出了利用光纤传感器实现表面粗糙度的现场非接触式测量.首先介绍了光纤位移传感器的工作原理,为了消除环境光和电源波动、噪声干扰对测试结果的影响,采用了双通道光纤传感器,介绍了双通道光纤传感器的原理,并设计了光纤传感器的尺寸和电路.最后对光纤传感器的性能进行了验证试验,试验结果证明该双通道光纤传感器用于测量零件的表面粗糙度是完全可行的.

Abstract:Most measurement ways of surface roughness are contact type, the others are much professional or too complex to handle. Aiming at these problems, it puts forward a no contact type to measure surface roughness with fiber optic sensor, which can be used on scene. First, it introduces the principle of the fiber optic displacement sensor, in order to eliminate the influence on the measured result caused by the fluctuation of the power, environment light and noise interference, it chooses the two channels fiber optic sensor and introduces the principle of it, and then it designs the dimension and circuit of the fiber optic sensor. At the end, it tests the fiber optic sensor with verification experiments, the result shows that the two channels fiber optic sensor is fit to measure the surface roughness.
