| 摘 要： | 为消除高温对合成氨生产的影响,在半脱后至压缩机一段进口前安装了溴化锂冷水机组,并根据实际情况采取设置旁滤器、搭建厂房、降低热水进口温度,控制发生液位等措施。改造后,压缩机一段进口温度降至11℃～13℃,日产量增加20t,直接经济效益152万元。

| Abstract: | To eliminate the high temperature effect on ammonia synthesis,a LiBr water cooling unit is installed between the preliminary sulfur removal section of the semi water gas and the suction of the first stage of the compressor.Based on the practical situation some measures have been adopted,such as setting up a side filtrater,decreasing the inlet temperature of hot water and controlling the liquid level of the generator.With all these alterations the first stage suction temperature of the compressor is decreased to 11°C~13°C and the daily output is increased by 20t.The direct economic befit of 1.52 million RMB is thus obtained. |
