| 摘 要： | 圆网在某些印制高精度、高难度和结构复杂的图案时,其效果往往达不到原来设计的意图。笔者结合多年来的生产实践,从半制品练漂质量、圆网制版工艺处理、印制工艺的确定和印花糊料的选择等方面,为提高圆网印制高技花样的效果作了一些探索。

| Abstract: | In rotary screen printing, the quality of products can not reach the original design of high precision and complex pattern. Combined with practice production and experience data. the quality of semi-products of scouring and bleaching , engraving of rotary screen, choosing of printing process and printing thickener are discussed. The improvement of high precision pattern is achieved good results. |
