旋流式滚磨加工的机理分析

摘    要:本文就旋流式滚磨加工机理进行了分析研究,并通过滚磨加工工艺实验,给出了影响旋流滚磨加工质量的主要工艺参数:切削速度V、切削角β、转速比N/n之间的相互关系;进而通过滚磨加工零件的金属去除量和表面粗糙度的验证,解决了正确确定旋流式滚磨加工设备设计参数的问题。

Abstract:This paper presents the principle analysis of gyro - finishing commonly used as the final finishing process for spindles, gears and cams. The machining principle is that the rotating movement of both the tub and the cylindric workpieces as well as the resultant of the movements give rise to col-liding,extruding, rubbing and scratching between the workpieces and machining media, making the workpieces finished. Therefore, the change of the rotating speed, direction and the ratio of speed of the workpiece v. s that of the tub have great influence on the finishing quality and efficiency.
