乙醇对东北红豆杉细胞毒性的研究

摘    要:研究了不同浓度的乙醇对悬浮培养的东北红豆杉(Taxus cuspidata)细胞的生物量、细胞活力以及丙二醛含量变化的影响,以揭示乙醇对细胞的毒性。结果表明:乙醇对细胞的毒性与添加的剂量有关,当添加量小于0.4%(v/v),其对悬浮培养的东北红豆杉细胞的毒性可以忽略,而当浓度大于1%(v/v),会明显地抑制细胞的生长,同时降低细胞的活力和积累MDA,对细胞有明显的毒副作用。

Abstract:The changes of the biomasses, viability, and intra/extracellular MDA in the suspension cultures of Taxus cuspidata caused by ethanol were investigated to study on the toxicity of ethanol to the plant cells. Results show that the toxicity of ethanol to the cultures is corrected with dose of ethanol added. The biomass, cell viability does not change obviously when the amounts of ethanol is below 0.4% (v/v), but changes significantly when the contents of ethanol is above 1% (v/v). When the concentration of ethanol is beyond 2% (v/v), the level of intra/extracellular MDA increases remarkablely. It is inferred that ethanol below 0.4% (v/v) is a suitable solvent used as water-insoluble substance.
