液控启喷压力喷油器的研究

摘    要:本文针对传统采用弹簧预紧力来控制喷油器启喷压力的弊病研究出一种新的液压控制方法,通过试验台的对比试验得知,液压法能使喷油器的启喷压力长期保持不变,并可随时调整启喷压力。文中不仅有系统的设计计算方法,而且对试验结果给予分析。

Abstract:A hydraulic control method has been developed exactly pointing against the disadvantage of traditionally using the prestressed force of spring to control the injector blow-off pressure.Comparison bench test has shown that the hydraulic method enables the blow-off pressure of a fuel injector to be maintained for long, and is able to adjust it at any the time.The paper not only presents desing calculations, but gives cut analyses of test results.
