| 摘 要： | 对目前我国在房地产交易价格评估时常用的三种评估方法进行了分析研究，提出了一种基于市场法的房地产交易价格评估循环算法：该算法计算结果可靠，已应用于房地产交易税收核价系统中。

| Abstract: | The three assessment methods commonly used for the price appraisal of current real estate transactions in China are analyzed and studied, a loop algorithm of real estate transactions assessment based on market approach is proposed. The algorithm can produce reliable results and has been applied to the real estate transactions taxes assessment system. |
