小断面桩孔内超深孔爆破破碎孤石的实践

摘    要:在断面积仅为 1 13m2 的桩孔内成功地进行深孔爆破施工 ,一次爆破将桩孔 -16m至 -2 4 5m标高范围内的岩石炸碎 ,使冲孔机能继续正常冲孔。本文主要介绍了爆破参数选择、炮孔布置设计、分段装药结构、装药量的确定以及施工方法。同时 ,提出了工程中存在的一些技术问题。

Abstract:In a pile well with a sectional area of 1 13 square meters,deep hole blasting was successfully carried out The rock located in the elevation of from -16 0m to -24 5m in the pile well was broken by once blast,making the impacting machine normally work In this paper,the selection of blasting parameters,the design of blasthole pattern,the decked charging structure and determination of charging weight and blasting implementation were mainly introduced At the same time,some technical problems existed in the project were put forward
