麦草制浆一体化探讨

摘    要:分析了传统麦草制浆工艺中存在的问题及产生的原因。基于麦草的特性,提出了以进行行置换蒸煮、蒸煮锅内置换洗涤和置换漂白为主的一体化制浆新思路。传统制浆中存在的浆料洗涤难,黑液提取难,漂白污染消除难等问题都可望得到解决。

Abstract:In this paper,problems occurred in the traditional pulping technology of wheat straw are analyzed and the reasons of these problems were discussed. On the basis of the characteristics of wheat straw, an ideal method of integrated pulping which includes displacement process of cooking, washing and bleaching together in a vertical digester is suggested. Those problems occurred in cooking, bleaching and the recovery of black liquor of traditional pulping technology could be overcome.
