The features of the Yankuang 7.63m coke oven was analyzed,focusing on the high-heating control of its heating system.All means of control for the oven body,and the heating equipment were summarized and its daily maintenance introduced.Various means of control for the high-heating of the heating system were introduced.The flow rate of the gas and air were regulated step by step by means of regulating the gas burner,ejecting plate,etc.to gain parameters which are suitable for the control of the 7.63m coke oven.The highest thermal efficiency of the coke oven was reached under the precondition that the coke was uniformly matured.The coke quality and output were increased,the productivity raised,and the life time of the coke oven extended to the maximum.
