摘    要:针对现有电动滚筒减速传动装置承载能力差、结构复杂、工艺性差等问题,将变速轴承移植到油冷式电动滚筒内,形成一种全新的活齿减速油冷式电动滚筒。通过设计计算与分析,确定活齿减速油冷式电动滚筒的结构形式及零部件结构尺寸。

Abstract:Aim at the existing electric miler with its decelerate device that loading ability bad, structure complications, craft bad etc. problem, put the variable speed transmission bearing into the oil - colded type electric miler and become a kind to all newly live the pushbeam deceleration and oil- colded type electric miler. Passes design calculation and analysis and made sure to live the structure form of the pushbeam deceleration and oil- colded type electric roller and parts structure size.
