三次方程解析法冒口计算

在铸钢件冒口设计中 ,模数法是一个广泛应用的计算方法 ,三次方程解析法是模数法中较为严密的计算方法。笔者通过数学推导 ,给出三次方程解析法中冒口当量直径的代数解 ,该法方便、准确、实用 ,同时 ,准确的数学模型更有利于铸造工艺CAD的使用与推广。文中还给出铸钢件冒口计算的形状系数计算方法。

Calculate Riser Dimensions of Steel Castings Using Cubic Equation Mathematical Analytic Method

In riser design of steel casting, modulus method is the most widely used method, and the cubic equation method is a most close method in modulus method. Algebra solution of the cubic equation for equivalent diameter of riser has been established by the close mathematical derivation. This is a convenient, accurate, useful analytic solution only using simple calculate tool, and the close mathematical model is beneficial to using and popularizing cast technology CAD. A method for calculating form coefficient of the steel casting riser is also given in this paper.
