摘    要:为适应高精密加工对切削力的监测需求,文中面向铣削加工设计了一种无线测力刀柄,使用压电薄膜和弹性检测梁采集力信号。为提高检测信号的灵敏度,基于COMSOL Multiphysics软件使用Nelder-Mead算法对刀柄的结构参数进行优化设计,并通过有限元仿真对优化结构进行刀柄结构刚度校核和动态特性分析,最后进行铣削对比实验,验证设计方案的可行性。结果表明,文中设计和优化的测力刀柄具有良好的灵敏度,刀柄的动静态特性满足使用需求,是一种有效的切削力监测方案。

Abstract:In order to meet the monitoring requirements of cutting force in high-precision machining, a wireless force measuring tool holder for milling is designed in this paper, which uses piezoelectric film and elastic detection beam to collect force signals. In order to improve the sensitivity of the detection signal, the Nelder-Mead algorithm is used to optimize the structural parameters of the tool holder based on COMSOL Multiphysics software and the structural stiffness and dynamic characteristics of the tool holder are analyzed by finite element simulation. Finally, the milling comparison experiment is carried out to verify the feasibility of the design scheme. The results show that the force measuring tool holder designed and optimized in this paper has good sensitivity, and the dynamic and static characteristics of the tool holder meet the application requirements. Therefore, it is an effective cutting force monitoring scheme.
