大中型水利枢纽工程精细化管理平台的构建

Construction of refined management platform for large and medium-sized water control projects

Abstract:In order to meet the requirements of refined and intelligent management of modern large and medium-sized hydro-junction projects in the new era, this paper builds a data collection service based on the data synchronization component. It can satisfy the integration and sharing of multi-source real-time data and historical data in the control area. With the Browser/Server architecture, the refined management platform is developed through key technologies such as data-level authority management, visual form editor, and workflow management. And therefore required functions like management cockpit, affairs management, equipment and facility management, production run, check observation, water conservancy government affairs management, safety production management, project management, mobile App are developed. The platform is overall deployed in management area, and its data is obtained through data ferry of the synchronization program to ensure network security between the operating system and the management system. The platform meets the needs of large and medium-sized hydro-junction complex operation management and greatly improves the normalization, standardization and modernization of water conservancy project management.
