摘    要:水资源量评价是水资源公报编制和动态水资源评价的核心内容和难点之一,为解决传统水资源量评价工作模式受时空限制,导致信息获取不灵活、工作效率不高的问题,开发宁夏水资源量评价系统。宁夏水资源量评价系统采用数据层、逻辑层、表现层的软件分层模式构成,在存储服务器上完成关系数据库、文件存储和缓存系统的部署,在应用服务器上安装应用、专业计算和 GIS 服务等系统;基于测站降水、径流、地下水等基础数据,自动实现等值线的绘制,实现各分区地表和地下水资源量及总量的自动计算,可进行计算成果的查询与导出,以及相应报表的统计和导出。充分运用现代信息技术,实现数据报送、储存、统计分析与计算、成果汇总等功能,可提高评价工作效率,为今后长效动态评价奠定基础。

Abstract:Water resources quantity evaluation is one of the core and difficult contents in water resources bulletin and dynamic water resources evaluation. Traditional water resources evaluation is limited by time and space, which causes inflexible information collection and low work efficiency. To solve these problems, a water resources evaluation system is developed in Ningxia. The system adopts software layering mode, which includes data layer, logic layer and presentation layer. It contains relational database, file storage and cache system on the storage server, and installs applications, professional computing and GIS services on the application server. Based on essential data such as precipitation, runoff and groundwater of measuring station, the isoline can be drawn automatically, and the amounts of surface water and groundwater resources in each region can be computed automatically. Query and export of the calculation results, as well as statistics summary and export are supported. By making full use of modern information technology, the system realizes the functions of data collection, storage, statistical analysis and summary. This can improve the efficiency of evaluation and prepare for long-term dynamic evaluation in the future.
