弧形钢闸门在线监测及健康评估系统设计和应用

摘    要:水工金属结构是水利水电工程的重要组成部分,为满足水工金属结构数字化运维的需求,以峡江水利枢纽工程的弧形泄水闸为例,利用现代传感技术和仿真技术,建立了水工金属结构在线监测及健康评估系统,实现了泄水闸结构应力、振动、运行姿态、液压启闭机振动和液压油清洁度等参数的在线监测,并建立设备健康评价指标和模型,实现了健康状态的评估。

Abstract:Hydraulic metal structure is an important part of water conservancy and hydropower projects. In order to meet the needs of digital operation and maintenance of hydraulic metal structures, taking the arc sluice gate of the Xiajiang hydro-junction project as an example, an online monitoring and health assessment system for hydraulic metal structures is established by using sensors and simulation technology, which realizes the online monitoring of parameters such as gate stress, vibration, operating attitude, hydraulic hoist vibration and hydraulic oil cleanliness, and establishes the equipment health assessment model and indicators to achieve the assessment of health status.
