新一代大坝智能数据采集终端的设计与实现

摘    要:随着大坝岩土监测系统中传感器测量技术的快速发展,各种测量原理(差阻式、振弦式、电压电流型、电容式、智能通讯型等)的传感器得到了大量应用。出现了同一测量地点,使用不同测量原理传感器进行数据对比和校准的情况。并且在后期的维护和数据分析中,多种类传感器之间进行替换,这就要求自动数据采集装置具备任意通道接入多种类型传感器并能进行数据读取和存储的功能。同时随着无线通信的快速发展,对其数据传输方式也提出了更高的要求。装置不仅能通过串口和网口来实现各种数据的交互,也应具备通过手机WiFi实现数据交互和通过4G/GPRS或NB-lot无线技术进行实时数据召测、历史数据读取、参数修改、应用程序远程升级的功能。该装置由于其在上下位机交互,工作稳定性等多方面的优势,特别是远程程序升级技术在实际工程中得到了成功的应用,为水利工程的安全监测提供了准确可靠的数据。

Design and operation of new-generation data acquisition terminal for dam safety monitoring

Abstract:With the rapid development of sensor measurement technology in dam geotechnical monitoring system, sensors with various measurement principles (differential resistance type, vibrating wire type, voltage and current type, capacitance type, intelligent communication type, etc.) have been widely used. When the same measurement location appears, sensors with different measurement principles are used for data comparison and calibration. And in the later maintenance and data analysis, multiple sensors are replaced, which requires that the automatic data acquisition device has any channel to access multiple types of sensors and can read and store data. At the same time, with the rapid development of wireless communication, higher requirements are put forward for its data transmission mode. The device can not only realize the interaction of various data through serial port and network port, but also carry out real-time data call test, historical data reading, parameter modification and remote upgrade of application program through 4G / GPRS or NB-lot wireless technology. The device shall also be able to realize data interaction through mobile WiFi. Because of its advantages in the interaction between upper and lower computers and working stability, the device has been successfully applied in practical engineering, and provides accurate and reliable data for the safety monitoring of hydraulic engineering.
