摘    要:本文基于智慧水利数字孪生流域L1、L2、L3级数据底板及水土保持基础数据及相关业务数据,围绕“十四五”时期智慧水土保持数字化场景建设任务,并结合水土保持业务数字化、网络化、智能化的应用需求,提出水土保持数字化场景建设的目标、总体框架和技术路线与方法,为智慧水土保持建设提供思路和参考。通过推进数字孪生、大数据、人工智能等技术与水土保持业务的交互应用,实现了水土保持信息智能感知、水土保持管理服务高效协同、水土保持监督执法及时有效和淤地坝运行风险预判预案,但数字化场景建设仍处于起步阶段,需在实践应用中进一步探索完善。

Abstract:Based on the L1, L2 and L3 data base plate of the intelligent water conservancy digital twin basin, the basic data of water and soil conservation and the relevant business data, this paper puts forward the objectives, overall framework and technical route and methods of the construction of the intelligent water and soil conservation digital scene during the "14th Five Year Plan" period, and in combination with the application needs of the digitization, networking and intellectualization of the water and soil conservation business, Provide ideas and reference for the construction of intelligent water and soil conservation. By promoting the interactive application of digital twin, big data, artificial intelligence and other technologies with water and soil conservation business, the intelligent perception of water and soil conservation information, efficient coordination of water and soil conservation management services, timely and effective supervision and law enforcement of water and soil conservation, and the pre judgment plan of check dam operation risk have been realized. However, the construction of digital scene is still in the initial stage and needs further exploration and improvement in practical application.
