摘    要:分别使用O_2 PⅢ和N_2 PⅢ对聚丁二酸丁二醇酯(PBS)进行表面改性.X射线光电子能谱(XPS)和接触角测试结果表明:O_2PⅢ和N_2PⅢ分别在试样表面引入了大量的含氧基团和含氮基团,且引入的含氧基团和含氮基团都极大地提高了试样表面的亲水性.hFOB 1.19细胞培养结果表明:O_2 PⅢ和N_2PⅢ都能够明显地改善PBS试样的骨细胞相容性,且O_2PⅢ效果更佳.

Abstract:O: plasma immersion ion implantation (P Ⅲ) or N_2 P Ⅲ was conducted to modify poly(butylene sueeinate) (PBS) surface. Both the treated and control specimens were eharaeterlzed by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and contact angle measurements. Oxygen-containing groups and nitrogen-containing groups emerged on the PBS surface after O_2 PⅢ and N_2PⅢ respectively. Consequently,the hydrophilicities of substrates were significantly improved. The results of hFOB 1. 19 cells culture demonstrated that the osteoblast eompatibilities of PBS substrates were evidently enhanced after both O_2 and N_2PⅢ. Furthennore,O_2 PⅢ was a more effective method than N_2 PⅢ in promoting osteoblast adhesion and proliferation on PBS.
