草酸二乙醋催化加氢制乙二醇模试研究

摘    要:本文简要介绍草酸二乙酷催化加氢制乙二醉的模试结果。在温度200~240 ℃, 压力0.6~3.0 MPa条件下, 草酸二乙醋的转化率为99.8%, 产率达到95.3%, 催化剂连续运转1134 h, 活性和选择性仍无下降趋势。

Abstract:Results of simulation text for catalytic hydrogenation of diethyl oxalate to ethylene glycol are reported in this article. Under 0. 6-3. 0 MPa and at 200-240 C, a diethyl oxalate conversion of over 99% and selectivity of 95. 3% to ethylene glycol was achieved on Ec-13 catalyst. No decrease in catalytic activity and selectivity was observed in 1134 hours of hydrogenation reaction.
