| 摘 要： | 本文推导出表达圆柱铰刀切削刃和校正刃上前、后角之间关系的两组公式.以该公式为依据分析了标准饺刀的标注,并对大锥角铰刀的合理标准提出了建议.最后叙述了为解决小尺寸圆柱饺刀的精密测量问题而设计制造的一种铰刀量仪的原理、结构及使用方法.

| Abstract: | This paper presents two sets of formulas related to the radial and relief angles at chamfer and margin edges. Based on the formulas it analyzes the labelling method of standard reamer and suggests a reasonable labelling method for the larger chamfer reamer. The paper also describes the principle, construction and operation of a reamer instrument which has been designed and manufactured by the author, for precision measurement of small-size reamers. |
