| 摘 要： | 以齐鲁石化供应公司为例,分析我国市场经济由“卖方市场”向“买方市场”转变,企业内部物资管理体制由“分散管理”向“集中管理”转变的过程中,在企业内部加强物资采购工作,实施“阳光采购”工程的主要内容和重要措施;实施“阳光采购”工程对规范物资采购行为,维护企业合法权益,提高经济效益,树立良好企业形象的成果。

| Abstract: | Based on the management of supply and purchase company of QiLu petrochem company, this article introduces in details, when our national market economy converses from seller's market to buyer's market and the system of material management internal enterprise changes from the decentralized to the centralized, the main content and the measures of purchase in sunshine engineering operation in order to strengthen the management of material purchase and its effects to regulate purchase action by purchase in sunshine engineering, keep the legal right, improve the economic benefit and set up excellent image of the enterprise. |
