价值观视阈下的民营企业社会责任意识——以南通为例

采用定量与定性研究相结合的方法，对南通民营企业社会责任意识及其履行情况进行了调查，并从价值观视阈进行分析与评价，得出结论：民营企业社会责任意识的异动和行为失范是社会转型期不可避免的现象。实现民营企业的可持续发展必须以科学发展观为指导，包容价值认识的多元化，坚持价值导向的一元化，加强政府引导、法规约束和社会监督，以社会主义核心价值观为主导重构民营企业伦理。

Social Responsibility Awareness of Private Enterprise Based on Values Threshold-Take Nantong as an Example

By means of qualitative and quantitative analyses,the paper investigated the social responsibility awareness and the implementation on the part of private enterprises in Nantong City. After an analysis and evaluation from the perspective of values, the paper drew the conclusion that the changes of social responsibility awareness and the behavior anomie of private enterprises are inevitable during the period of social transition. The realization of private enterprises＇ sustainable development must be guided by the concept of scientific development, contain diversified understandings of values, adhere to a unified value orientation, strengthen government guidance,regulation restricting and social monitoring,and reconstruct private enterprise ethics based on socialist core values.
