浅议我国智能化建筑的可持续发展

通过回顾国内智能建筑观念的发展过程和可持续发展思想，对几个典型的生态建筑示范工程进行了简要介绍，对引进国外先进理念和技术存在的障碍进行了简要分析。推荐了一种适合中国建筑的IB评价方法。认为智能建筑的本质是建筑，要实现智能建筑的可持续发展。建筑设计首当其冲，建筑设计者应在建筑、结构、设备、信息技术等专业领域进行组织和协调。应是IB的主导者、各专业组织者及协调人。我国智能建筑要实现可持续发展，IB必须从狭义的BIS的概念模式中超越出来，将可持续发展战略思想作为是IB的设计核心，并由此提出为实现国内智能化建筑可持续发展而在近期亟待解决的几项任务．

Sustainable Development of Intelligent Building in China

Through reviewing the developing process and the sustainable development thought of domestic IB idea, this article introduces some typical model projects of ecological buildings, analyzes the barrier of introducing advanced theory and technology from other countries, and then recommends an IB evaluation method which fits China. It also emphasizes that the essence of IB is building itself, and in order to realize sustainable development of building, the designer of IB is the most important part. Because the designer should act as a leader, organizer and coordinator in the fields of building, structure, equipment and information technology. If China wants to actualize sustainable development of intelligent buildings, the concept of IB must exceed the concept in narrow sense which is the pattern of BIS. Finally, IB design should follow sustainable development thought. Based on it, some tasks which need to be completed in the near future are proposed.
