作为近年来颇受科技界和各国政府重视的一个新兴学科和技术领域,太赫兹辐射具有不同于其它波段电磁波的许多独特性质,因而在物理、化学、生物、材料、医学、农业、国防和军事等领域具有广阔的应用前景.结合国内外研究和应用的现状,本文概述了太赫兹时域光谱、太赫兹成像以及太赫兹技术在物理学、化学、生物学和天文领域的应用和机遇,供广大同行参考.

Application and Outlook of THz Spectroscopy and Imaging

Terahertz(THz) radiation,as new research topic and technology field which is paid more and more attention by the researchers and governments,has some unique properties which is different from other electromagnetic wave.THz wave is regarded to have potential application in many fields.This paper introduces THz time domain spectroscopy,THz imaging,and their application in the field of physics,chemistry,and biology for the reference of interested people are introduced.
