摘    要:XJ30-2平台新增内置井槽需要解决的主要技术问题是新井槽和井口区采油树的布置、钻井防碰、隔水管施工中的群桩效应、隔水管扶正圈的设计安装和防腐等。在新增内置井槽方案论证和实施过程中,探索了解决有关问题的技术措施,对隔水管扶正圈结构设计进行了优化,研发出三片式螺栓连接紧固结构。XJ30-2平台新增内置井槽的成功实践,可为类似工程项目提供借鉴。

Abstract:The key technical issues in the well slot addition project on XJ30-2 platform include arrangement of new slot and production area,anti-collision in new well drilling,group piles effects during new conductor installation,design/installation and anti-corrosion of conductor guides,etc.During the feasibility study and project implementation,the technical measures for above issues were developed;include optimization of the design of conductor guide and excogitation of the 3-pieces bolt connected tightening frame.The success of new slot addition on XJ30-2 has provided the reference for the similar project.
