| Abstract: | The bowed roll is usually used in front of calender, surface sizing and rewinder etc on paper machine in order to spread the surface of sheet web. The bowed roll of MP3 of Jiamusi paper mill which was supplied by JPG,Finland more than 10 years ago was so damaged that could not run simultaneously of the segments even it was carefully repaired and lubricated. After the modification of the inner construction of the bowed roll, not only the sealing between the segments could be realized, but also could run simultaneously of the segments perfectly. |
