基于电话网的远程胎心率自动监护系统的设计与实现

摘    要:设计并实现了一个应用于围产医学领域的计算机电话集成系统(CTI)---远程胎心自动监护系统。该系统可通过电话语音卡自动接受孕妇的呼叫,实时采集经由电话网传来的胎心多普勒声音信号,通过自相关算法提取瞬时胎心率,给出有临床意义的胎心率监护曲线图。该文重点讨论CTI系统中的通道控制方式及系统的语音流程控制,并探讨数据库同步访问和语音格式转换技术方法。

Abstract:The Design and implementation of a kind of Computer Telephone Integration(CTI )System---the Remote Fetal Heart Rate(FHR)Automatic Monitor System is presented in this paper.It can be used for the pregnancy women to check the Fetal Heart Rate at home.This system can obtain the Doppler Fetal Heart Signal via the PSTN when the pregnancy women dial the hospital's phone,and can give the Cardiotocograph(CTG)with the Auto-Relation algorithm.The CTG can give the doctor with useful information of the Fetal health state.We discuss the channel control technique and the way of Custom Voice Flow Control in this CTI system.The concurrence database access approaches and the conversion between the different Audio Formats are also introduced in this paper.
