| 摘 要： | 抽油杆检测修复工作中最基本的工作是清洗、检测和分选,重点是检测和分选,关键是恢复性能的热处理工艺。目前江汉采油厂在用各类抽油杆约116.2万米,应用抽油杆检测修复技术后,提高了抽油杆的利用率,降低了抽油杆断脱现象,节省了原油开采成本,提升了原油生产管理水平。

| Abstract: | The basic job of measuring and repairing pumping rod is washing, measuring and selecting. The emphasis . is measuring and selecting. The key is heat processing technology used to restore its property. The length of pumping rod being used now in Jianghan Oil Production Plant is about 1. 162 million meters. The utilization factor of pumping rod has been raised and broken-dropped phenomenon has been reduced so as to save production cost and promote production management level after applying technology of measuring and repairing pumping rod. |
