| 摘 要： | 大连西太平洋石油化工有限公司常减压蒸馏装置在原设计能力为5Mt／a的基础上，通过对装置的换热流程、电脱盐、常压塔、减压塔、加热炉及余热回收系统的改造，使装置处理能力达到10Mt／a。改造后装置运行效果良好，主要技术参数均达到或优于设计指标，并开车一次成功。

| Abstract: | The throughput of an atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit in Dalian West Pacific Petrochemical Company has been enlarged to 10 Mt/a from the original design capacity of 5 Mt/a by revamping. The revamping areas includ ed the heat exchange network, desalter, atmospheric distillation tower, vacuum d istillation tower; heater and surplus heat recovery system. Satisfactory results were achieved and main technical parameters were reached or better than the des ign indexes, and the start up was also success. |
