| 摘 要： | 从切片的品质、干燥、纺丝、侧吹风、拉伸卷绕、假捻变形以及产品阻燃性能等几个方面对该产品的生产工艺作了探讨。合理选用工艺流程和假捻变形工艺可生产出品质高、性能良好的高磷含量阻燃异型吸湿排汗有光涤纶仿麻竹节纱。

| Abstract: | The production process of high phosphorus content flame retardant profiled moisture absorption and sweat dischargeable bright polyester linen imitetion slub yarn was discussed from chip quality,drying,spinning,quench air,drawing and winding,false-twist texturing and product flame retardant performance.High quality and better performance modified fiber can be produced by reasonable selection technological process and false-twist texturing process. |
