| 摘 要： | 有机颜料的粉碎和包装过程中会产生大量的粉尘，针对老式袋式除尘器存在的粉尘处理差污染大的缺点，对粉碎的工艺及除尘设备进行了技术改造，采用一种新的工艺和新型气箱脉冲高效袋式收尘器，将原先直接排至空气中的粉尘收集起来，有效地改善了工作环境，减少了物料浪费，同时极大的减少了粉尘污染，保证了工人的身心健康。
