耐高温离子交换树脂性能测试与比较

摘    要:对阴离子交换树脂耐温性测试方法进行改进,并提出了树脂最高耐热温度试验方法,具有较好的可操作性和重现性。应用该方法对国产和进口两种耐高温离子交换树脂性能进行详细比较,指出国产树脂在交换容量、渗磨圆球率、耐温性和价格等主要指标优于同类进口树脂。

Abstract:The testing method of resisting temperature performance of ion exchange is improved, and a new testing method of the highest resisting temperature is put forward. Based on these methods, it is pointed out that the domestic resin is better in exchange capacity, osmotic-attrition sphericity, resisting temperature performance and low price than the import.
