Abstract:In 2006, China Power Engineering Consulting Group Corp. organized experts from its subsidiary company, Northeast Electric Power Design Institute, to compile a research report called Policy and Technology Research on Co-generation Industry. The 230 000-word report, which has strong specialty, discusses major problems in Co-generation industry from technology and policy point of view. This paper is a condensed version of the report.
