纺织品吸湿发热测量不确定度分析

摘    要:为提高纺织品吸湿发热性能测试结果的准确性,对纺织品吸湿发热性能测试的不确定度进行评估,采用FZ/T 73036—2010《吸湿发热针织内衣》附录A的方法测试针织面料的吸湿发热性能,对测试过程中的影响因素,包括温度传感器、计时器、测试过程的随机效应等进行逐一分析、计算,找出影响测量最高升温值和30 min平均升温值2个重要评价指标的不确定度分量,进而评估合成不确定度及扩展不确定度。结果表明,测量最高升温值的合成不确定度为0.35℃,测量30 min平均升温值的合成不确定度为0.19℃,其中,温度传感器和计时器引起的不确定度均小于测试过程中随机效应所引起的不确定度,即样品组成的均一性和取样位置等随机性因素是影响测试重复性的主要因素。

Abstract:In order to improve the accuracy of testing results of moisture-absorption and heat-generation properties of textiles, the uncertainty for moisture-absorption and heat-generation properties test of textiles was assessed, using the method of FZ/T 73036—2010 Moisture-Absorption and Heat-Generated Knitted Underwear Appendix A to test the moisture-absorption and heat-generation properties of knitted fabric. Analyzing and calculating the influencing factors including temperature sensor, timer, random effect during the test procedure, the uncertainty component of two important evaluation indexes which affect the maximum temperature rise value and average temperature rise value in 30 min was found out . And then the combined uncertainty and extended uncertainty were assessed. The results show that the combined uncertainty of the maximum temperature rise value is 0 . 35 ℃, and the combined uncertainty of the average temperature rise value in 30 min is 0 . 19 ℃. The uncertainties caused by temperature sensor and timer are less than that caused by the random effects during the testing process. The uniformity of the sample composition, the sampling position and other random factors are the main factors affecting the repeatability of testing.
