锻旋铝合金车轮毂表面气泡原因与解决措施

摘    要:由于毛坯锭存在皮下疏松和锻旋模具润滑剂集结脱落等原因,锻旋铝合金车轮毂产生表面气泡。通过加强铝熔体净化、调整铸造工艺参数、建立清模制度等措施,使锻旋铝合金车轮毅表面气泡得到有效控制。

Abstract:Gas blisters in the surface of aluminum alloy rotary forged wheels can be observed because of the sub-surface porosity in stocks and lubricant falling off from the mould. However, the surface blister can be controlled effectively by strengthening purification of the melt, adjusting the casting parameters and establishing the mould cleaning system .
