某型导弹发射装置液压泵故障预测研究

摘    要:分析了某型导弹发射装置中液压泵的故障模式,优化了振动传感器的安装位置,通过对其振动信号进行时域分析和小波包分析,提取了用于液压泵故障预测的特征参量;基于支持向量机理论,在Matlab 6,5环境下建立了液压泵的故障预测模型(包括故障映射模型和特征参量预测模型);预测出液压泵的典型故障。最后通过实例验证了该故障预测模型的有效性。
