硅酸铝质喷补料烧后线变化及其影响因素

摘    要:在以焦宝石、矾上熟料为基本骨料,以高铝水泥等为复合结合剂的喷补料中加入3%的Al2O3超细粉或5%的蓝晶石粉都有利于降低喷补层的烧后线变化。而且加入3%的Al2O3超细粉还有利于提高喷补料的附着率及喷补层与受补体间的粘结强度。通过在轧钢加热炉上的喷补实践,较大地延长了加热炉的使用寿命。

Abstract:Linear change after baking of the gunning mix which takes clay and bauxite as aggregates and high alumina cement as binder can be obviously reduced by adding 30% alumina fine powder and 5% kyanite.Rebound rate and bond strength can also be improved by adding 3% alumina fine powder.The service life of the reheating furnace has been prolonged when it was used.
