火检冷却风系统的改进

摘    要:宁夏中宁发电有限责任公司为新建2×330 MW火力发电机组,#1机组于2004年底建成投产发电.煤、油火焰检测系统采用美国FORNEY公司的产品,为了保证火焰检测系统能够在合适的温度下进行工作,系统专门配备了两台离心式冷却风机对火检系统的光纤和探头进行冷却.在机组运行过程当中,我们发现由于火检冷却风机选型出力过小,不能够给火焰检测系统提供足够的风压、风量,致使探头超温、光纤烧坏,大大影响了火焰的正常检测.为此,经研究讨论决定对火检冷却风系统进行改进.经过改进以后,完全满足火焰检测器的工作要求.保证了火焰检测系统正确检测.并且,一次风压系统也能够经济、稳定地运行.

Abstract:The coal and oil flame detecting system of Ningxia Zhongning Electric Power Co., Ltd adopted by American FORNEY Company s products. To be ensured that the flame detecting system can work under suitable temperature, the system specially prepared two centrifugal cooling wind machines for cooling the optical fibers and detectors of flame detecting system. In the process of unit function, owing to lack of power of the flame detecting cooling wind machines, it can not provide enough wind pressure and quantity of wind for flame detecting system, and finally resulted in detectors over temperature limit and optical fibers broken. It influenced natural flame detecting greatly. Therefore we make some alterations at flame detecting system. Now it can suffice for working requirement of flame detecting machines, and ensured that natural detecting of flame detecting system. And moreover, the once wind pressure system can function economically and steadily.
