摘    要:针对目前稀土冶金过程计算还是由人工计算这一现状,运用VB软件开发工具开发出一个WIN-DOWS应用程序,此软件能完成稀土生产工艺的重组、冶金计算及统计报表功能。本设计采用模块化设计,各模块相对独立,具有很强的可维护性和可二次开发性。本软件有友好的用户界面及完善的辅助功能,且通用性较强,不仅可处理包头矿,也可以处理其它一些以硫酸焙烧工艺生产的矿物,如独居石、氟碳铈矿等。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of rare earth metallurgy calculation mostly dealt with by hand presently,a calculation system was developed.This software was an application program of WINDOWS which developed by the tools of Visual Basic.It can accomplish the recombining of produce process,metallurgy calculation which include the calculation of useful components and material balance,statistics and reports.It adopts the modular programming,so the modules have very strong independence,maintainability and second-time developing.The software has friendly interface and perfect assistant function.The software has strong universality,it can not only deal with the Baotou mine,but also deal with some other mines which adopt the method of roasting with sulphuric acid,such as the monazite,the bastnasite and so on.
