改进型回转器-电容非线性磁心仿真模型

摘    要:回转器-电容模型因具有建模方便、电磁信息完整、适于电-磁系统混合仿真等优点而适于仿真建模.本文提出的改进回转器-电容磁心模型,用非线性电阻来模拟磁滞特性,用非线性电容来模拟饱和特性.文中给出模型方程、模型参数计算及优化方法.仿真结果与手册中B-H曲线的一致性证明了建模方法的有效性.模型应用于400kHz Buck 变换器及采用磁放大器的多路输出电源的系统仿真中,仿真结果与实验结果或者理论分析结果相一致,证明了所提模型的有效性.
