Tinted one-coat glass enamels for steel

A basic formula for one-coat glass enamel is developed, which makes it possible to obtain a wide color range of coatings for steel products with good surface quality. A number of ionic colorants is tested, mainly compounds of d-and f-elements. The properties of coatings are studied: chemical resistance, adhesion strength, luster, and heat resistance.
