摘    要:本文根据高速线材轧机辊式导卫的工作条件,选用以高铬多元合金化的位错马氏体为基体,网链状及弥散分布形态的M7C3和M23C6碳化物为耐磨骨架的铁基合金制作的导卫具有优良的热强性、耐磨性、抗高温氧化性和抗热疲劳性能,可靠性高,使用寿命可与钴基、镍基合金相当。

Abstract:A new type of ferrous based alloy was developed based on the service conditions of the high speed wire roll mill guider The dislocation matensite of high Cr multi component alloy was its matrix and the network and dispersive distributed M 7C 3 and M 23 C 6 were its wear resistant skeleton The guider made of this alloy has high strength and high wear resistance and high oxydation resistance and high thermal fatigue resistance and it is reliable to use Its service life is corresponding to cobalt and nickel alloys
