| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了如何根据氧化铝生产对石灰石烧制工艺的要求，进行石灰炉自动控制系统的硬件设计及软件规划、编程，并通过石灰炉项目介绍了在我厂得到广泛应用的AB公司的ControlLogix5000系列可编程序控制器及其相应的软件ControlLogix5000、RSView32的特点。

| Abstract: | This paper describes how the hardware design and software plan and program on limekiln PLC system were improved according to lime process required by alumina production. By introduction of this improvement achieved on limekiln process system, the paper shows how PLC ControlLogix5000 and relevant software ControlLogix5000 and RSView32 from Allen-Bradley are widely used at this refinery. |
