摘    要:用永久磁铁对钢丝绳进行磁化后,钢丝绳的各种缺陷会引起漏磁通的变化。钢丝绳进行无损探伤检测的基本原理就是对漏磁场进行检测,获取信号模型,经过标定对信号进行反演,确定出缺陷状态。详细介绍钢丝绳截面积减少时内部磁场强度和漏磁场计算,简述检测仪原理及应用。

Abstract:All sorts of defects of steel wire rope can arose change of leak magnetic flux when wire rope is magnetized by permanent magnet. The basis principle of non-destructive crack detction on steel wire rope is that leak magnetic field is tested and signal model is obtained, then signal is inversed after demarcating in order to ascertain defect state. Calculation of inner magnetic field intensity and leak magnetic field are introduced in detail when section of steel wire rope diminishes. Principle and application of MTC measuring instrument are introduced in brief.
