| 摘 要： | 通过对废旧Y54插齿机维修，加高改装，安装螺旋导轨，调整刀架及工作台蜗轮副，选用合适的刀具、切削液、设计合理的夹具，并对工件的材料正火热处理工序加以控制，达到了插制轴斜齿轮的精度要求，满足了生产需要。

| Abstract: | The requirement on accuracy for slotting helical shaft gear was met and production requirement was satisfied through maintaining Y54 gear shaping machine, rebuilding it by heightening, installing helical guideway, adjusting tool carrier and worktable worm gear, selecting applicable tools and cutting fluid, designing reasonable clamps, and controlling the normalizing heat treatment for workpiece material. |
