As the Principles of Citizen Fitness requires us to improve health nationwide in the new century,it is essential to turn out athletic coaches for our society.Based on the investigation and analysis of athletic realities of our country and athletic course of colleges,it is proposed that quality athletic coaches should be turned out taking advantage of college instructors,facilities and pedagogical ideas.
