| 摘 要： | 叙述了电容应变式流体压力传感器的基本原理，给出了一种电容应变式流体压力传感器的检测电路，并分析了流体压力大小与传感器输出电压的关系。实验结果表明，该传感器具有精度高、线性度好、灵敏度大等优点，尤其适于微压力和大动态力的测量。

| Abstract: | It is depicted in this paper that the principle and circuit for capacitance liquit pressure sensor, and the relationship between pressure and sensor output voltage is analyzed. The experiment result shows that the sensor has advantages of exactitude,excellency good linearity and higher acuity,etc . |
